Consultation & Pre-Wedding Session
Before your big day, we’ll arrange a consultation—either in person or via Zoom—to go over the details of your wedding. This is your chance to ask any questions, and for me to fully understand your vision.
We’ll also set up a pre-wedding photo session. This shoot is strictly for portraits and serves as a great opportunity for us to connect and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
As part of this session, you’ll receive a 24×36 printed poster featuring your favorite image—perfect for display at your wedding.
Note: The session should be scheduled 8 to 12 days prior to the wedding to allow time for editing and printing.
Preparation & Wedding Details
My team and I will arrive approximately one hour before the scheduled start time to assess the space and prepare the lighting, ensuring everything looks perfect.
During this time, I’ll photograph the “getting ready” moments—candid, emotional, and personal. I’ll also focus on capturing the small but meaningful details you’ve thoughtfully chosen for your day.
From the rings, floral arrangements, and table settings to your dress, accessories, and venue décor—these details reflect your vision and investment. We’ll make sure they’re documented beautifully throughout the day.
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony is the heart of the wedding day—an emotional and once-in-a-lifetime moment. This is when I’m fully focused, with every piece of equipment ready to ensure nothing is missed.
Since every second counts and there are no do-overs, I ask that guests kindly refrain from using cell phones during the ceremony. It only takes one person stepping into the aisle to unintentionally block a moment that can’t be recreated.
